Hawke’s Bay Land Board
[IROM OUB OWN CORRESPONDENT]. Napier, last night. At a sitting of the Waste Land Commissioners held this morning, Mr John Breingan applied for the lease of section 13, block 5, Motu, for the purpose of establishing an accommodation house for the convenience of traveller* on the GisborneOpotiki Road. The Board found, on looking over the map, that there was no such section mar'.- rd thereon, and it was stated that if it was section 12 of block 3 that ho wanted, that section hud already been granted by the Board to a man named Dealy. A letter was received from T. J. Thomas, applying to purchase sections 186 and 144) in the suburbs of Patutahi. ■
After consideration it was decided to offer all the unsold sections in Patutahi at an early date by public auction, at the upiet price mentioned in the Guide.
