PLOTS AND COUNTERPLOTS. A WIDESPREAD CONSPIBACY IN THE ARMY. St. Petbrsbubg, May 18. An alarming conspiracy has been unearthed among the military in the capital and other cities. A large number of arrests have been made, including that of prominent officers. At Warsaw a bomb was discovered ready for an attempt against the Czar’s life. The dreadful shock following upon ths discovery, has nearly led to the death of the Czarina, who is in a dangerous state 0! nervous prostration. Several of those who were to be arrested committed suicide rather than face the justice of man.
