An extraordinary crime Is reported from Transylvannia, where a young lieutenant has been shot dead by a private soldier. The statement of the latter is that while on duty he was sent for by the lieutenant, and commanded to fire at the head of the latter, The man did so, and the lieutenant fell dead,
