RUSSIAN DUPLICITY.
PLAYING OFF ON ENGLAND A GAI Sr. Petersburg, June 9.
The Czar has warned the Shah of Persia that he will invade his territory if concessions injurious to Russia are made to England.
The Standard asserts that Russia is plotting with Montenegro for tho purpose of absorbing Servia.
