Steeplechase—Don (Collins) 1, Orange, man 2, Shillelagh 3. Oldfellow refused his jumps and Artist fell. Maiden Steeplechase—Hurricane 1, Muscaletto 2. Won easily. Winter Handicap—Bigness 1, Eruption 2, Tetford 3, Sellins Steeplechase — Messenger 1, Kangaroo 2, Hurricane 3. Ladies’s Bracelet—Leorina 1, Signess 2, Eruption 3. BREEDING TO ENGLISH TIME. Sydney, June 17. The Hon. J. White, the well-known sporting man, has bred two more batches of horses to English time (the latter being six months ahead of colonial time) with a view to contesting the classic events in England in 1891 and 1892. The '9l draft consists of a full brother to Dreadnaught and a full sister to Singapore; the '92 hatch consists of a full brother to Narellan, and a half brother to Kirkham by Martini-Henry.
