WHATAUPOKO ROAD DISTRICT BOARD. NOTICE is hereby given that this Board intends to execute a series of Public Works, and for that purpose take tbe Land enumerated in the accompanying Schedule, The Works to be undertaken are Formation, Draining, and Metalling, and tbe Construction of Bridges. Any person having any objection to the proposed Works, or to th' taking of tbe raid Land, must set forth gnri objection in writing, and send the writing to the office of the Board, Lowe Str'et, Gisborne, on or before the 30th day t>i June, ISS9. Plans of the Land proposed to be taken ard of the Works to be done, are on view at the office of the Board from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m’ daily, Saturdays excepted. SCHEDULE : Arcaof land. Portions of sees.
