London, June 22. A company is being organised in Loudon with a capital of £200,000, for the purpose ot settling families in the south-west division of Western Australia. News from Hong Kong conveys intelligence of a terrible fire raging four days in the town of Lachan. It is stated that twelve hundred persons have perished in the flames, and that ten thousand people were rendered homeless.
