Terure, claim £1 3s in Keefer’s estate, for goods supplied ; judgment by default, costs Ils. 8. Parker v. 8. Locke, claim £2 15s for horse shoring, <fco.; Mr Watson for plaintiff; judgment by default, costs 7*. A. MoLiod v. J. Goldie, claim £< for rent; Mr DeLautour for plain, tiff, and Mr Kenny for defendant; judgment {or plaintiff, costs 6s. J. Wallace v. F, ' McDonald, claim £7 15* 2d for goods sup. plied ; judgment by default, costs £2. Judgment Summonses J. B. Scott T. D, McDonald, claim £25 3s 4d. A* then WM ao appearance of defendant an order wae made for the amount to be paid forthwith, or default 25 days’imprisonment, The case J.W Whioray v. R, Thelwall was struck out, theta bsmg no appearance of sjtber party, Yesterday the judgment summons ease W« H. Tucker v. W. Braseey, claim £65 2* 01, was heard.
