The latest report states that he is still in a very low condition. DusßntK, last night. John Waters, while crossing the Molyneux at Roxburgh, in a chair suspended from a wire rope, was thrown into the river though the chair giving way, and drowned. The mate with Waters bad the presence ot mind to stick to a portion ot the chair hanging to ths wire.
