Napier Supreme Court.
(from our own correspondent.) Napier, last night. The s n pre m 0 Court did not sit today. To morrnw morning the bankruptcy busineßi will be taken. Intense surprise was caused yest-erday by the sudden withdrawal of Joseph Parker’s defence to the will suit, thus allowing William F'eteher’s will of 1880, in favnr nf Mrs Nathaniel Williams and MrBow vi (deoeased’R two daughters), to obtain probate. The master ha« been the general theme nf excited di«cnsMnn, as the evidence ofmakinerthe Reopnd will seemed so plain and straightforward, There was, however, a cuHour epimde nf a very large number of annrmmndation bills givpn hy deceased tn Parker, of which ahont £5,000 worth ia row >n the handfl of discounters, and though Parker is liable the holders will doubtles° endeavor to recover from the estate, and considerable litigation will doubtless ensue,
