Mr Fletcher’s Ghost.
JOE PARKER'S BILLS AND HIS SAD CREDITORS.
[FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Napieb, last night. A meeting of creditors in the estate of Joseph Parker, blacksmith, was held this morning, and was largely attended. The meeting excited much interest in consequence of the recent endeavor of Parker to prove a will iu his favor made by the late Mr Fletcher.
The creditors expressed diasatlefaotion at Parker not including in his statement of liabilities an amount of nearly £5OOO of accommodation bills yet current with the signature of the late Mr Fletcher, aa we'l as that of Parker, and also £5OO overdraft at the Bank of Australasia, guaranteed by the late Mr Fletcher, The meeting, however, passed a resolution granting Parker his furniture and £45, and adjourned until farther notice.
