The material will be divided into three lots and handed over to the contractor at Tologa Bay, Tokomaru, and Waipiro. Tenders to be accompanied with a deposit’ (either a marked cheque or iu notes) eqniva lent to twenty-five per cent, of the total amount of the tender. The deposit will be treated in accordance with the general conditions attached to the Specification, Tenders, addressed to the undersigned, to be lodged ot the Post Office.
