Tha following is a list of the civil cases heard at the R.M. Court on Thursday:— Boylan and Co. v. J. Hackett, claim £1 Ils 6d for goods supplied; judgment by default, costs 6s. T. Hughes v. W. Hepeta Kuare, claim £5 2s 6d for cartage ; Mr Wateon for plaintiff ; judgment for £4 7s 6d, costs £1 Ils. Judgment summonses—W. Devery v. Paora Haupa, claim £8 12s 6d; an order was made for immediate payment, in default 9 days’ imprisonment. Same v. Wi Mahuika, claim £2 13« 6d ; in default of immediate pavment, the defendant was ordered to be imptisoned for 3 days. C. F. Lewis v. Delish Hastie, claim £4163; an order was refused.
