Napier Supreme Court.

[from oub own cobbesfondent.] Napier, last night. At the Supreme Court this morning Justice Connollygave judgment in the case Palmer v. Dennett and Rochford trustees, of the late William Rochford. The action was for £2OO, and was tried yesterday, without a jury. His Honor round for plaintiff on all points raised, with interest from 13th July, 1889, execution to be stayed pending an application in the administration suit. The action J. McVay v. the same defendants, on a promissory note for /125, by the deceased William Fletcher in favor of Joseph Parker, discounted by the plaintiff, was then proceeded with, and a verdict was given for plaintiffs, leave being given to defendants to move to set aside the judgment.
