Appeal Court.

(SPECIAL TO THE STASDXIID.) Wellington, last night. In the Appeal Court to-day, judgment was reserved in the case Rylands and Son v, Official Assignee. Another Napier cage, that of J. V. Brown v. tho Exeeutora in tho estate of the late tVm. Fletcher, an appeal from the decision of Mr Justice Connally, is being argued. The case of the Colonial Bank v. the same Executors is being taken at the same lime. The cases arise out of a number of bills drawn by Fletcher in favor of J. M. Parker.
