[ewKiAi to tbs sTanpano.j TaVßsxci, last night. Mr G. V. Stewart ia actively canvassing here for ths Te Aroha elMtorate, and will Address the electors this evening at the Public Hall. The feeling ia strongly In bls favour. Colonel W Fraser has issued bis address to the electors of Ta Arohe, eo there will be three candidates. Mr W. 8. Allen ia expected to arrive on Saturday by ths Frisco steaokee. It is hard to prognosticate who will head the pnll, but public opinion ic decidedly in favour of Mr Slewlrt.
