Judge Edwards’ Appointment.
OPINIONS OF THE JUDGES, Wbllisotos; last night, Government have received written opinions of three Judges out of fire on Judge Edwards' case. The Chief Justice is also sending in hi., while that of Judge Connolly has Men telrgr.phed, Tbo«e who have written qualify previous opinions expressed as to the original bearings of the appointment, and two of th.ee express doubt, while the third ie very determined in his opposition to the legality ol ths appointment. None except Judge Hicbotonti, who io hie first telegram eaid the appointment was uooonstituiicnal without presiout appropriation, have expressed an opinion on the cuoatiiutioual bsarioge of the case, but have reserved their opinion on that paint, Judge Richmond, however, does not appear to have altered bis opinion.
