burden that must be submitted to. The land is better being made useful as a contributor to the district than being held by the Board for speculative purposes. If Mr Jackson and his friends are the stamp of settlers that their reputation credits them with being they ought to prosper on the block, and be worthy settlers in the district. If, on the other hand, they are acting for speculative purposes, their bargain is not likely to be a tempting one.
