THE PENRHYN QUARRIES.
London, October 25.
The Parliamentary Committee of the Trade Union Congress appealed to the unions to contribute assistance for 710 persons connected with Lord Fenrhyn's quarries in Wales, who are fighting for the freedom of trade nnienism.
