While millions starve in Russia the Soviet continues to 'dump in England large consignments of wheat. It is stated that during the first three weeks in September over 6000 tons of Soviet grain passed through Latvia en route to Western Europe, A second outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease occurred in September last in Yorkshire. These two outbreaks happened after nearly nine months' freedom from the disease in England. It is thought that the infection came from foreign sources, the colourful subordinate parts.
