SPANISH REVOLT
SITUATION QUIETER. CITIZENS’ CO-OPERATION. [United Press Association—By CableCopyright.! (Received 20. 10.55 a.m.) Madrid, Dec. 19. The disturbances are simmering down and strikes are no longer general. Citizens are reinforcing the Government’s peace measures. The rebels collided with civil guards at Aspo and lost three killed and five wounded; two civil guards were wounded.
