It has, therefore, been ar» r«n.ffed that the action shall be withdrawn by Mr Haleomhs, the proprietors of this journal paring costs, and expressing their regret that the incorrect statements above referred to as to that gentleman, especially as to his University career and management of the Emigrants and Colonists' Aid Corporation, should have appeared ia their newspaper,"
