The weather is now improving. One hundred and sixty Volunteers left Nelson for the Cbristchurch encampment. Three hundred go from here. A prisoner named A. Moore* was killed by a fall of earth to-day, while working in the hard tabor gang. Nelson, March 25. Henry Adams, solicitor, and Hugh Jones, banker, were adjudicated bank" rupts. Proceedings in the latter case are adjourned to Westport.
