DUNEBW, April 1. Robert Butler has been committed for trial on a charge of murder, lie begged the public and press not to be influenced by prejudice, which was attempted to be created against him, and reserved his defence. He charges Inspector Mallard with attempting to influence the public prejudicially, and made a 'long statement on the subject. Xttmaba. April 1. A woman named Ellen Sarah Eitts was arrested this morning charged with man* slaughter, through having neglected ft child given her to nurse which died, and jury returned a yerdict tantamount to that effect.
