APPLICATIONS : John B, Becche, residence area of half an acre of land 800 yards above the Justnin-Time Battery, and known as the late residence of John Rusk. — Granted. Qvrong Hong— No appearance. Treloar and Thompson, special tailings site, SO feet x 200 yards at Darkey's Creek, one mile from its junction with Devil's Creek. Granted subject to cans cancella'ion if found to interfere with subsequent workings. Keep-it %Dark Company applied for a water-race one mile and three-quarters in length above the Wealth of Nations macliine«site— water to be lifted from the Inangabua river'— Granted. The Court then adjourned.
