Tbe Result Gold Mining Company's applications for old rights allowed to allowed to lapse, were ai follows :— 6O x 60, tailing site, granted; 100 ft x 100 ft, granted ; tramway (twelve chains), gran* ted ; shoot, granted ; shoot No. 2, granted ; special site, granted ; tramway (30 chains), granted ; tramway (15 chains), special site, 18 t x by 12ft, granted ; and tunnel, No. 3 level, old Victory— granted. You Quam applied for tail-race at Dne North Creek— dam bank at Due North Creek, 60yds x 100 yds, and water-race, which were granted. ' C. R. Neilson— Application for a tail> race at Lankey Gully, 200 yards-^gran-ted. 8. Tnmer— Application for abandoned tail-race at Boatman's. Ordered to take out a summons, and post it on the ground for cancellation of the right of former unknown owners. The Warden's Court adjourned, and tbe R.M's Court opened.
