HOMEWARD BOUND AND OCCIDENTAL COMPANY.
DENTAL The Homeward Bound and the Occidental Company have amalgamated their interests, and will shortly be registered as a new company of 24,000 shares. The shareholders of the former com* pany are to receive 16,000, and of the latter 8000 shares. Men are employed prospecting the property, and have traced a gold-bearing reef for some distance, and proved a few feet down* wards. A discovery of a separate reet has also been made in the northern por» tion of the ground, strengthening the belief in the value of the ground. Shares are advancing in price, and are firmly held.
