A case of tbe breach of the Public Health Act came before the R.M. this morning, through defendant neglecting to report the case of scarlet fever fully to the local Board of Health ; the ease was dismissed with a caution. Tbe scarlet fever is very prevalent, and its existence is attributed to defective drainage.
