LOW LEVEL TUNNEL.
I lie coniraciurs are uuw ->i-u*iiuj- ui> the tunnel haring reached the specified distance. On the whole, the driving has been pretty fair, but just at the finish the country began to tighten, and is now at the face very hard. Tenders for tbe construction of tbe next section were to close to-night, but the time has now been extended till next week.
