LOW LEV EL TUNNEL
The lowest tenderers for the extension of the tunnel having failed to take up the contract and forfeited their deposit, and no satisfactory arrangements having bean offered by the next lowest, the directors have decided to call for fresh tenders for the performance of the work. It is to be regretted that this delay wi'l take place, but under the circumstances it could not be avoided,
