The contractors for tne low level hare during; (be week experienced a change for the better in tbe driving, and are now making fair progress. Probably the distance now remaining will be finished in about six weeks time. The mill (o the extent of ten stampers has been engaged by the Nil Desperandum tributers, who cleaned up yesterday, and started again to-day, and as plenty of stone is forth* cominp f crushing will be continued regularly for that party for a considerable time to come.
