The tributers are carrying on successful operations both in the mine and at the Keep-dt-Dark battery, where they are ciusbing with 10-head of stampers, The reef is of the same large dimensions ns hitherto and the yield, as far as the plates are a criterion, maintains its average character. No cleaning up has yet taken place, but at the end of next week tbe plates will be submitted to the partial scraping ordinarily done during crush** ing, and the general cleaning up will again take plase at the end of the month.
