The half-yearly meeting of share* holders in the lnkerman Company, was held at the office of Mr Wise, the manager, on Wednesday evening. Present s Messrs R. Oxley, H. Evans, T. Rosser, M. Levy, E. Ashton, Thomas Lee, W. G. Collings, H. Jacobson, R. Dykes, M. Walker, S. Barr, G. Casley, and G. Wise— by proxy : Messrs M*Myn, Dawson, Allen, Ronayne, Perotti, and Caples. Mjr. Levy in the cbair. The balance'sheet and directors report were read and adopted. Messrs Morris Levy, Henry Evans, Edwin Ashton, Gerald Perotti, and George Casely, were elected directors for the ensuing term. A long discussion took place as to various schemes of procuring crushing plant for the company, which the shareholders bayo now resolved on obtaining. Serae information being required for tbis pur
