Lok don, October. 13 In his speech at Guildhall tosdav
Gladstone chose the opportunity to contradict the reports which have been current that there has been dissension in the Cabinet, and stated that perfect harmony prevails among the members of the Ministry. In farther allusion to tbe arrest of Parnell he said that this step was one to* wards a strict enYorcemorjt of respect for tbe law. Government, he added, did not fear the people of Ireland, and it was necessary to put a stop to corruption and terrorism of professed agitators.
