FIERY CROSS.
Stone continues to be raised from places formerly described, and it is probable that in about a fortnight's time sufficient will have accumulated to enable the management to commence crushing a fair parcel. The sinking of the vertical shaft is progressing favorably, and the work is approaching completion.
