Considerable discussion has taken place with reference to tbe refusal of the Warden to grant permission to commence a tunnel on ground held by another com* pany under a gold mining lease, but as the concession sought for appears to be contrary to She provisions of regulations in the Mines Act. the application will be made in a different form at tbe next site ting of the Cpurt.
