Previous to raising after the driye and chamber had been secured, the manager prospected \ little further ahead, and iound that only a tbin wall existed between the large reef and auother body of stone further on. This has now been cross-cutted for six feet witb no signs of foot-wall as yet. The stone appears of excellent quality, and contains gold in what is estimated highly payable quantities.
