MEMORANDUM of REGISTRATION. The name of the Company is to be The Energetic Extended Quartz Mining Company, (Limited.) 2. The place of operations is at Murray Creek, near Reefton, in the County of Inangahua, in New Zealand. 3. The Registered office of the Company will be Bituate in Tainui-street, at Greymouth, in New Zealand. 4. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty-four Thousand Pounds, in Twenty-four Thousand Shares, of One Pound each. 5.
