| MEMORANDUM of REGISTRATION. T THE UNDERSIGNED, hereby 9 make Application to Register THE IMPERIAL QUARTZ MINING COMPANY, as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Act, 1872." 1. The name and style of the company is to be "The Imperial Quartz Mining Company, Limited." 2. The place of intended operations is Boatman's Creek, County of Inangahua. 3. The Registered Office of the Company will be situated at Broadway, Reefton, in the County of Inangahua. 4.
