GOLDEN TREASURE.
Since last week no material change has taken place except that 12 hours crushing has been substituted for eight hours as formerly. The change has resulted in more stone being put through the mill with a corresponding increase in returns, which this week were lllozs amalgam, from 50 tons crushed. The stone in the stopes looks well, and by the time of the general cleaning up will give an account of itself to the tune of one ounce per ton or over. General appearances in the mine would denote that henceforth the claim will pay regular dividends. This fact seems to have operated in raising the shares, which are now steadily advancing.
