UNITED ITALY (late Prospectors). The owners of this property have decided upon merging the venture in a company. The stocks wei*e placed in the market during the week, and I understand they have been very readily taken up. The known rich character of the leaders already worked, together with the fact that several leaders and reefs, all more or less gold bearing, although not yet prospected, run through the lease, will no doubt tend to make interests in the property hold a foremost place amongst our quartz claims. The company will be in 24,000 shares of £1 each. Mr James Inglis has been appionted legal manager.
