JUST-IN-TIME.

The winze in the north drive of the low level is now down 75 feet, the last few feet having been sunk on the reef — the cap of which was struck during the week. The stone is about 3 feet in thickness, and of good payable quality. Stoping out is being carried on in the south block with fair results, and after a few feet of an advance in this direction, it is intended to construct a small rise to connect with the upper level. This rise will be used as a pass, and will materially assist in working the south block, the stone of which also appears of fair quality.
