London, March 28.
It is rumored to-day that Mr Forster, Secretary for Ireland, said theie were hopeful signs of the cessation of disorder in Ireland, but outrages must be stopped or the Government would be compelled to ask authority to take stronger preventive measures.
The Government has refused to grant parole to O'Reilly, Parnell, and Dillon.
A murder is reported to have been committed in Dublin to-day from political motives. Five men have been arrested for the crime.
Bright has introduced a bill to disfranchise several boroughs for corrupt
practices.
