(from our own correspondents.) Wellington, April 10. This morning's "Times" announces on the authority of the Premier's physician, Dr. Grace, M. I*o., that the Premier has resolved to resign owing to continued ill-health. Other members of tiie Cabinet acquiescing in the decision, the Hinemoa was despatched to Canterbury to bring the Governor to Wellington to enable him to receive the resignation of Ministers. 10. The Ministry have forwarded their resignations to his Excellency, ard they have been accepted. As yet it is not known who the Governor will call upon to form a new ministry. The present Government will hold office until their successors are appointed. Nothing further is likely to transpire until the arrival of his Excellency.
