Stratford, stating the dead body of a man had been found on the Opunaki road about a mile from Stratford. It is supposed to be the body of Hall recently lost in the bush. Later. The dead body found on the Opunaki road, about a mile from Stratford, .turns out to be that of a man named Knowles, a Tyrolesc, he was last seen in the company of Antonio Schnell, who has only been a few months discharged from a Lunatic sylum, who is suspected to have murdered Knowles, as the body has the wound of a knife in its side.
