The south uprise has been taken SViK The air has given some trouble lattjeiiy, but the work now going on will shortly connect with the shaft whon good ventilation will be secured. It is probable that a general cleaning up will take place at the battery about Friday (10th instant), after which there will be a short interval to prepare for a second crushing.
