The Agent General in London telegraphs to the Government that he is arranging a deputation of Agents-General ■ to wait upon Earl Derby in regard to the proposed annexation of New Hebridiea He apprehends there will be difficulty consequent upon the agreement that exists between Eugland and France not to annex the Pacific Islands.
