PARLIAMENT.
Wellington, July 12. The debate on Macandrew's motion re a return to Provincial form of Government, has resolved itself into something approaching a " no-con-fidence debate," and from the tone of the speeches made up to the present it is nothing else, but still drags on. Judging from present appearances, it is not likely that a division will take place earlier than to-morrow night. Among those members who intend to address the House, are Mr Pyke (by whom the debate was to be resumed this afternoon), MrMacandrew, Mr Fergus, Colonel Tremble, and Mr .Seddon,, who ?is :"good" for some hours, and several others. Probably the House will sit on Monday afternoon, fov the disposal of private members' business, which should have been dealt with to-day, had it not been for the present debate.
