The hearing of a case against the proprietors of the Sydney Morning Herald, for alleged contempt of Court, on account of the publication of articles in thai journal attacking Mr I Justice Innes, was completed to-tlay. The P. & 0. ,Companys steamship Rosetta with the inward Suez mails dated London, July 27, arrived in King George's Sound this morning. Paris, 26.
