There will be a cleaning up at the battery on Tuesday next. The stampers have, however, only been going on half time. The diamond drill has now been got steadily to work, and has leached a distance of between 90ft. and 100 ft. The bore is going on at an angle of about 45 ° , but the country being very laminated only short cores can be obtained.
